Marinated Lemon Honey Chicken
Most ingredients can be obtained
as organic.
5 boneless chicken breasts
250 ml – 1 cup white wine
125 ml – 1/2 cup olive oil
60 ml – 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves (crushed)
60 ml – 1/4 cup prepared mustard
30 ml – 2 tbsp. lemon juice
125 ml - 1/2 cup liquid honey
15 ml – 1 tbsp. oregano
Put chicken in single layer in dish.
Put aside. Mix in bowl all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Cover and let marinade in fridge for at least 6 hours. Remove
chicken from marinade. Place in cooking dish. Cook at 350°F
for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. (Yields 5 servings)
